Dancing, singing, magic, comedy, instruments — we can’t wait to see our Dragons shine! 📅 Act ready by: March 11 🎭 Mandatory rehearsals: March 11, March 18, and March 24 (3:25–5:00 PM) 🌟 Evening performance for families: March 25 at 6:00 PM at the PAC Students should be prepared to perform at the first rehearsal. We appreciate your continued partnership in helping our arrival and dismissal routines run smoothly and safely for all students. We want to share a quick reminder about arrival and dismissal expectations, as student safety is always our top priority.
Recently, we have observed some families bypassing the drop-off line, parking near the bus area, and walking students between cars and buses to reach the sidewalk. This creates a serious safety concern, especially when visibility is limited due to darkness or inclement weather. Students and adults may be difficult to see, increasing the risk during a busy arrival and dismissal times.
To help keep everyone safe, please:
Use the designated parent drop-off and pick up line
Avoid parking or walking students through bus zones or traffic lanes
Follow all arrival and dismissal procedures outlined here:

Dieck Elementary hosted Ned's Resiliency Ride Assembly on Friday, January 30th. Student learned powerful lessons about resilience, perseverance, and encouraging others through an engaging, high energy yo-yo performance. We can't wait for this meaningful experience for our Dieck Dragons. The promotional flier was sent home earlier this month. Please consider supporting this meaningful experience for our kids!

First Round Interviews
First round interviews will take place on February 18 and 19, beginning at 5:00 PM each evening. These interviews will be conducted virtually and will not be live-streamed.
The public is welcome to attend and watch the virtual interviews from the Boardroom.
Recordings of the interviews will be posted on the district website following February 19.
Meet & Greet and Community Forum
On February 24, the community is invited to attend:
- Meet & Greet with the Candidates: 5:30–6:15 PM
- Community Forum: 6:30 PM
Both events will be held in the Boardroom. Community forum attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback through QR codes that will be available during the event.

All Swartz Creek Community Schools students are eligible for FREE breakfast and FREE lunch, even if they bring food from home.
Students can still grab items to save for a snack later, which helps fuel learning, focus, and energy throughout the day.
Breakfast or lunch might be as simple as items like fruit, milk, veggies, cheese, or juice and students also have many additional options available. The key is choice and access.

Both roles also include some lunch and recess supervision as part of the school day.

Supports MTSS systems, student interventions, and progress monitoring as well as small group literacy instruction
