🎨🖌️ Wrapping up Arts & Crafts Club at Dieck Elementary! 🐉✨
What a fantastic finish to our club! First, students got creative painting their homemade squishies, turning them into colorful donuts and cupcakes from our week 2 project. 🍩🧁 Then, we jumped into a fun Spring Bunny craft using popsicle sticks, paint, pipe cleaners, and googly eyes! 🐰🎨
The kids loved every minute, and so did we! Huge shoutout to our creative Dragons for making this club such a blast. 💡🖍️
Read a Shirt Day was extra fun for Mrs. Hanson's Class this year! Congratulations Mrs. Hanson on your new baby girl coming this summer!
🧪💚 Oobleck Fun in 3rd Grade! 💚🧪
Mrs. Lovely joined Mr. Kitchen’s 3rd grade class for an awesome STEM lesson — making Oobleck! 🐉✨
Oobleck is a non-Newtonian fluid made from just cornstarch and water. It acts like a liquid when you pour it, but feels solid when you press or squeeze it! Our students had a blast exploring the science of states of matter, pressure, and viscosity in a hands-on, messy, and totally fun way!
Learning science has never been so slippery and squishy! 🧬
