Dieck Elementary is bursting with pride from our 9th annual Veteran's Breakfast. Each grade level preformed beautiful, energetic music to celebrate our Veteran's and their patriotic spirit. Student speakers shared information about the holiday, its meaning, and how we can all show respect and honor Veteran's service and dedication to our country. Special thanks to Mrs. Treiger, Mrs. Kimbrue, Mrs. Lovely, and Mr. Kitchen for their vision and passion to make it a successful event. We appreciate you!
Please join me in congratulating our Bravery winners for this week's positivity project!
With the holidays right around the corner, we would like to give a little
bit extra to our Dieck families who might need some help this holiday

Dieck Elementary took part in the 5k Race for Learning in Linden this weekend. Congratulations to Mrs. Harbert, Mrs. Kimbrue, and Mrs. Briggs! It was a beautiful fall day and a fun way to give back and support local schools.
Student creativity is getting us excited for the holidays!
We are looking forward to our Veteran's Day program on Friday, November 8, 2024! What a wonderful way to pay tribute to our local Veterans and teach students about bravery.
Please join me in congratulating our certificate award winners for last week's Positivity Project Character Strength: Other People Matter- My actions and words affect others. At Dieck Elementary we teach students how to be respectful to each other through kind words and actions. These students are displaying these qualities in the classroom and school setting. Thank you for making Dieck Elementary a positive place to learn! Bonus-It was pajama day too!
Dieck Elementary is so proud of Mrs. Harbert's 5th grade class which ran a very realistic and professional election at Dieck Elementary yesterday. Every detail was planned out including decorations, registration cards, voting booths, and tally tables. Students learned about the election process and how to display their voice as an educated citizen. They took their voting rights very seriously. These students made me so proud! Thank you Mrs. Harbert!
Dieck Specials teachers go above and beyond to make learning fun and to provide extra curricular opportunities for our students. Thank you for the work you do!
Dieck Elementary's Kindness Club brought smiles to many faces this morning with their kind notes and jokes spread around the building. We appreciate you. How will you show gratitude and kindness today? World Kindness Day is November 13th!
After school clubs started today! Thank you to our fearless volunteers, Mrs. Lovely, Tammy Johnson, and Sarah Thayer for sharing their time with our students. Holiday Food Club had fun making Oreo Turkey Treats today!

Dieck Elementary is participating in a creative fundraiser with Art to Remember that allows you to purchase keepsake products customized with your child's art. There are over 60 products and many are less than $20. These make great gifts and a percentage of every purchase goes right back to our school. Click on the link below and enter the online order code shown on your child's order form or to search for your child's artwork. Then, have fun shopping!
